Legal Counsel, SEA
My Client is a real estate developer and they are recruitng a Legal Manager with Real Estate Experience to be part of their dynamic team!
Armed with a good degree in Law with a minimun 5 years experience, you will provide legal advise on regulatory, commercial, corporate, real estate, risk and other operation aspects of the business in SEA.
With good corporate experience and business acumen to provide legal advice, you will liaise with Government authorities, bank, JV parties and external counsel over legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and draft agreements and assist project financing, M&A and investment activities.
- Ensure consistent quality standards in drafting and vetting of agreements.
- Assist to provide legal and regulatory advice for M&A and joint venture transactions in the Asia Pacific region.
- Other work assigned by the department head.
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
