Get to know the Role:
As Head of Market Insights, you will lead a team that has established a position within the company of being more obsessed about the competition landscape than any other. You will be hands-on in guiding the end-to-end production of insights by the team, and be responsible for integrating the myriad of insights into a coherent competitive strategy. You are expected to always be the trusted and neutral voice in the company that helps anchor everyone to build on ground (and hard) truths. You are also expected to embrace change and constantly evaluate your team’s scope to ensure it adds the most possible value to the company.
