Head of Consumer Insights & Analytics \xe2\x80\x93 APAC Baby & Child Care.



Responsibility

\xc2\xb7 Be the independent voice of the consumer, use consumer & shopper understanding to identify market opportunities & business risk. Delivering an in-depth understanding of the consumer and market to provide insights and recommendations that are embraced, acted upon and lead to business growth.

\xc2\xb7 Partner with our teams across markets to drive consumer driven brand strategy, help build winning portfolios, innovations & commercial plans to help win with consumer & grow our brand equity & market shares.

\xc2\xb7 Having the technical expertise and breadth of experience to ensure that recommendations are based on objective research methods and seasoned business judgment, and that research is conducted in an effective, timely and cost-efficient manner.

\xc2\xb7 Help build a center of excellence in Insights & Analytics for Baby & Child Care for APAC. Working closely across country & Global MR&A.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring developments both inside and outside the Corporation toward improving the effectiveness of marketing research / analytics and scaling best practices research methodology across APAC to drive impact & efficiency.

Minimum Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Minimum fifteen years of experience in market research including expertise in consumer businesses, emerging markets, brands & and innovation. Experience must include MRA leadership.

\xc2\xb7 On ground experience in Indonesia, India, Vietnam & rest of South East Asia would be valued.

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner and work effectively with senior business leaders and business partners across cultures and functions. Strong communicator with all levels of the organization, including the ability to argue and defend analysis and the implications of it to Management and Senior Executives.

\xc2\xb7 Key skills include strong base of analytical skills to assess interpret and translate data from multiple primary and secondary research into actionable insights and recommendations.

\xc2\xb7 Possess an open-minded approach to new methods and a creative inclination to tackle challenging business issues. Solid business orientation and ability to execute effectively and efficiently.

\xc2\xb7 Ideal candidate would have experience in CPG Marketing Research, spanning primary, secondary and syndicated data sources.
