All about the role:
This is a Head of Brand Webstores, APAC MEA role. You will be armed with the responsibility of ensuring the Electrolux Brands, Range and Purpose stands out from the competition commercially in the digital space and delivers the Ecommerce growth ambition. We aim to bring to life our purpose of \'Shape living for the better\' through Ecommerce delivering great experiences pre, at and post purchase with a future fit and digital first team and sustainable business model. The Ecom team is responsible for the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business through Electrolux.com in 8 countries (& growing), E-commerce marketplace partners (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee JD.com & more) and Reseller Ecommerce platforms. Ecom is a pivotal growth engine delivering the APMEA Commercial ambition.

What you\'ll do:
This role will be responsible for the development and the profitability of the D2C E-Commerce business across APMEA markets. You will be part of the HQ team in Singapore and require prior experience in the following areas of responsibility. You will work closely with BA & market ecom teams and cross-functions to deliver D2C goals.

  • You will develop D2C Channel Strategy and Value proposition in line with the Ecom Mission & Flywheel and the 12-questions Ecom Strategy Framework.
  • You are responsible for D2C Channel P&L and delivery of leading & lagging KPIs per the Ecom BSC.
  • You will constantly seek to optimize the channel P&L improving the CTF, VC & EBIT with strong NS growth.
  • You will define the annual & 5-year ambition roadmap & KPIs for D2C; benchmarking internally & externally.
  • To deliver these targets you will partner heavily with BA & market Ecommerce Teams and Cross functions to execute your D2C strategy with excellence.
  • You will proactively identify upsides and put in place plans to capture these upsides.
  • You will proactively be on top of consumer/ market/external/internal dynamic shifts and adjust plans as necessary.
  • You are clear on your business controllable & uncontrollable and have processes, governances & mitigations planned to manage & influence with agility.
  • You have strong leadership skills to be able to navigate context & drive execution with all stakeholders. You can communicate the big picture clearly and define necessary action plan and be open to refine as needed.
  • You are highly resourceful and operate with tact to drive stronger business growth.
  • You are comfortable to make/drive decisions with limited information.
  • You will have a healthy working relation with all stakeholders. You are a good listener and take inputs proactively to refine the business plan, processes & governance as needed.
  • You recognize we are a start-up team and be comfortable to work with uncertainties as we \'do, learn & refine\' our organization, ways of working & scope.
  • Working with the relevant internal stakeholders you will ensure we have the necessary Ecommerce Future-fit partnerships to deliver D2C with excellence i.e., 3PL, IT, Site Experience etc.
  • You will partner with the insights, analytics & activation teams on both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis to understand consumer behaviour & performance optimization for D2C.
  • You will define the D2C governance, workflow & process requirements for D2C planning & execution management.
  • You will join relevant forums representing D2C i.e., S&OP/ Demand Planning cycle, Ecom Board etc.
  • You will define and own the D2C agenda in i.e., monthly/annual sales governance.
  • You will manage D2C Channel conflict with other sales channels.
  • You will define D2C Portfolio strategy and price, promo architecture. You will propose jointly working with markets the D2C catalogue, price, promo.
  • You will develop the D2C annual campaigns & merchandising calendar aligned with local ecommerce teams for Price, Range & Promo minimizing channel conflict.
  • You will own the D2C Acquisition, Conversion, Loyalty strategy and analytics to optimize for D2C growth.
- You will partner with the BA & Local Digital Marketing team to define the acquisition strategy & plan generating quality, targeted traffic to the D2C sites at lower CPA improving D2C Channel P&L
- You will partner with the Ecom activation managers to define the Conversion & Loyalty strategy and action plan for high conversion & loyalty
- You will partner with the site experience manager to define the features requirements & plans for improvement of shopping experience onsite for better conversion. * Operate as the region\'s Centre-of-Excellence building market capability in D2C strategy, in planning & execution excellence with Strategy cascade, Playbooks, trainings, sharing of best practices.

  • Delivers D2C BSC Scorecard KPIs
  • Develops strong stakeholder partnerships with good feedback.
  • Has a clearly defined governance, workflow process & systems in-place for seamless planning, optimization, and execution.
  • Develops Future-fit 5Y strategy and business model.
  • Manages D2C budget - plans and works within budget.
Who You Are?
  • BA or equivalent degree in Business or related field a nice to have.
  • 10 years of sales work experience with 6+ years in Ecommerce D2C and/or Marketplaces sales & marketing commercial experience.
  • Experience growing whitespace ecommerce businesses in corporates or in marketplaces.
  • Track record of driving commercial growth in multiple countries in the APAC, MEA region with focus on sales, CVR, shopper NPS and profitability.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all ecommerce trading levers with ability to interpret the insights and agility to drive commercial growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership and can handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
  • You are an initiator and able to follow through with excellence.
  • Ability to lead in pressure situations and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels navigating context & change.
  • Results oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence, attitude of continuous improvement.
  • Shopper-centric and data driven decision making.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated and organized.
  • Problem solving with a "roll-up-your-sleeves", "get it done" mentality.

  • Excellent collaboration and organization skills with strong adaptability - able to set priorities and problem solve to meet deadlines in a complex and changing environment.
