One of the world\'s leading international banks is seeking a Head of Communications, Innovation to spearhead integrated communications strategies. In this newly created role, you will be at the forefront of initiatives and technologies disrupting the banking industry, leading the development of the bank\'s innovation narrative and managing internal and external strategies to tell their innovation story. About the Head of Communications, Innovation Role:
In this leadership role, you will be conceptualising and delivering the firm\'s innovation narrative, working with key stakeholders across the bank\'s functions and regions/markets to help build the bank\'s innovation reputation. Reporting to the Global Head of Communications TTO, Change and Innovation based in Singapore, you will be driving cohesive internal and external communication strategies to enhance the bank\'s reputation as a leader for innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and promote a messaging playbook for the bank\'s innovation and technology agenda, growing awareness and influence through internal and external channels
• Develop a holistic narrative for all innovation initiatives across various functions of the bank, building a strong cross-functional network to leverage expertise and align communications agendas
• Be overall accountable for strategic communication plans, including strategy, socialisation and tactical execution, as well as outcomes and reporting
• Lead the development and implementation of omnichannel campaigns, including owned, earned and paid communications, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Partner with venture business partners to identify high-value and priority initiatives that support delivery of the bank\'s innovation story
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, regulators, government officials and customers
• Serve as knowledge champion for topics and trends from the external environment, acting as trusted advisor to leaders on risks and opportunities for action

To succeed in this Head of Communications, Innovation role, you will need to be proactive, creative and have all-rounded communications experience delivering impactful messaging through omni-channel strategies in internal and external contexts. Key Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience driving internal and external content strategies and communications channels, including social media
• Ability to identify and bring together key initiatives across different functions to deliver cohesive content strategies
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation, with proven ability to develop effective cross-functional relationships
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders including senior management and third-party vendors (i.e. media) across multiple locations
• Successful track record of advising senior management on effective communication strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in corporate communications, PR/journalism, in an agency setting or in-house
