Our client is an established and well-regarded industry leader in the global foods sector. As it undergoes strategic transformation and an exciting high growth phase, there is now a rare opportunity to join the company in a newly created Head of Communications role with an international remit, based in Singapore. Responsibilities This is an exciting role where you will strategically develop and execute the Corporate Communications and Internal Communications plan for the company\xe2\x80\x99s international businesses in alignment with global headquarters and business priorities, to promote growth, manage and enhance brand reputation and deepen employee engagement. You will build Communications capabilities across locations, develop and drive PR strategies, and lead Crisis and Change Management. You will also design, define and execute internal communication framework, employee engagement programs, and campaign cultural events to support the business strategy and people agenda by working closely with the CHRO and other key business stakeholders. Requirements You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading both Corporate Communications and Internal Communications in major multinational companies, with international or regional experience. Your experience should have a blend of public relations, internal communications, social media, employee communications, government relations and marketing communications experience. You are strategic yet hands on, with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; and ability to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in timely manner. Strong presentation, communication, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
