  • In the role of Head of Consumer Marketing for Singapore, MyRepublic is looking for an outstanding candidate who are well-rounded and experienced in managing a brand 360 and through the line including events and digital channels such as SEM, Paid Media, Social Media, eCommerce and Content Marketing. The candidate understands the consumer needs and segments, and uses that knowledge to translate product offering into compelling marketing proposition.
  • This role reports into the Head of Consumer, Singapore and is required to lead a team of marcom and performance marketing specialists.
  • As a fast growing company, which constantly introduces new products and product variations, attacks new use cases, market segments, verticals and geographies, we need you to be an important addition to the Product and Marketing team working alongside team members in assuring full end-to-end alignment to best address strategic and market needs for the company.
  • The candidate will work closely with the Singapore consumer product marketing team, external advertising and media agencies as well as regional brand and PR team in delivering outstanding cur-through campaigns and help achieve sales and cognizance objectives, including making MyRepublic the consumer choice for telecommunications service.
  • The candidate will be held responsible for MyRepublic brand positioning, in-market messaging and go-to-market strategy as well as ensuring that Senior Management is aligned with these directives.
  • The candidate will bring at-least 6-8 years of Brand and Marketing Communications experience so should be well grounded in the planning and execution of Marketing Campaigns and Promotions, Media management, addressing Segments and applying brand guidelines to creative concepts.
  • The position is measured on market success KPI’s of Market Share, Brand Perception and Customer Experience
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
  • Leading a team of managers to develop and execute impactful marketing and communications plans that delivers strong and measurable earned and paid media results, both online and offline in working towards achieving sales targets.
  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budget and measurement as well as tracking of advertising spent.
  • Initiate strong collaboration with strategic partners to improve our product proposition and build higher brand affinity among target segments.
  • Ensure teamwork with regional brand and PR, product marketing, customer service, creative agencies, media agencies and event companies to align everyone on the desired result.
  • Responsible for media planning, analysis, purchase and management to ensure adequate reach and exposure towards the targeted segments.
  • Keep abreast on competition and propose strategic counters to maintain and enhance competitiveness and share of voice.
  • Work with Group for Brand guideline synergy, creative synergy and Group wide Product launches.
  • Lead the digital and social in-house and agency teams to develop comprehensive content on key social media platforms.
  • Ideate strong brand communications campaign alongside with the Regional Brand team to drive higher brand awareness and consumer preference.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing team to translate product proposition into strong and holistic communications campaign.
  • Lead and execute the necessary market research to better understand consumer needs which assist in the formulation of new product offering and improve communication to target segments.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present to managers, as well as working well across departments, with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Be a reliable team player and maintain good working relations while simultaneously taking a confident stand to solve problems. Ability to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results and to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Experienced working with partners on commercial deals and collaborations
  • Expertise/understanding of the telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in the Google Workplace, Microsoft Office and WordPress
  • Proven record of ideation, development and execution of campaigns or projects
