Head of Contract Logistics Information Systems, Asia Pacific | Singapore | SGI2122336The Head of Contract Logistics Information Systems, Asia Pacific, is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT solutions tailored to contract logistics. Join us today!YOUR ROLEYour primary objective is to provide value adding, scalable + cost-effective warehouse management solutions (WMS) + transport management solutions (TMS). You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To leverage our Information Systems (IS) capability as effectively as possible.
- To lead, build, train up a team of productive IS Specialists in the region.
- To support tender processes from the beginning to the end for sizeable projects, impressing our customers with best-in-class IS solutions.
- To ensure all IS projects including new implementations and migrations run flawlessly.
- To be responsible for demand management.
- To support global IS initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other relevant frameworks.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed
