The Head of Creatives or Art Director for an events company is responsible for leading the creative direction and visual design for all events and projects.

This includes conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the production of event elements such as stage design, lighting, graphics, and branding. They will also work closely with the events team to ensure the overall creative vision aligns with the goals and objectives of the event.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing a creative vision for events Designing and overseeing the production of event elements Collaborating with events team to align creative vision with event goals Managing a team of designers and creatives Ensuring all designs meet company and client standards Staying current on industry trends and incorporating them into designs Managing budgets and timelines for creative projects Presenting designs and ideas to clients

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and event production, as well as experience leading and managing a team.

They should be highly creative and able to think outside the box, as well as able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential.

A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is typically required. Preferably have experience in events or creative agency.
