Job Description

  • Support and establishing a clear and purposeful nature-based learning environment.
  • Contribute to the work of the leadership team in creating engaging programmes of study and intervention.
  • Overall responsibility for all curriculum matters, developing holistic and thematic approaches to learning that meet the needs of individuals.
  • Implementation of online learning resources and programmes of study.
  • Overall responsibility for the quality of teaching and learning, monitoring and
  • evaluating its effectiveness and impact.
  • Oversee the completion of risk assessments.
  • Lead on the monitoring of student progress and the analysis of performance data.
  • developing personalised intervention programmes to meet the needs of all individuals.
  • Compile and make available target and progress data for the purposes of
  • planning and reporting.
  • Hold all staff accountable for the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Lead groups of staff in forest school environment, developmental activities, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team and individual
  • Craft career plans
  • Plan training programs based on business goals
  • Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources
  • Manage quarterly and annual training budgets
  • Evaluate the results of learning courses
  • Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning
  • Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)
Requirement:
  • Candidates with a Master in Early Childhood will have an advantage but this is not necessary
  • 3 years of experience in curriculum development.
  • experience in nature based learning and forest school teaching
  • excellent leadership
  • Loves nature and outdoor
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)
  • Able to work synergistically, collaboratively as well as independently
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
  • Able to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Possess positive attitude and a strong spirit of team work
  • Committed and dedicated team player.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $4,800.00 - $5,800.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
