Head of Department - Finance, Governance & IT

What You'll Do

Finance & Accounts:

Drive financial planning and resource allocation, oversee fund management and audits, and deliver accurate reporting to the Board and Finance Committee.

Corporate Secretarial:

Ensure timely AGM preparation and regulatory filings and uphold governance standards including whistleblowing and conflict of interest frameworks.

Operations Administration:

Oversee IT systems and cybersecurity, lead procurement strategies, and manage vendor contracts and grant applications for cost-effective operations.

Governance:

Implement governance policies and collaborate with the Audit & Risk Committee Chair to strengthen risk management and compliance.

Strategic Partnership:

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategy and advance digital transformation initiatives.

Leadership & Compliance:

Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team and serve as Data Protection Officer to ensure PDPA compliance.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage. At least 8-10 years of experience in finance, governance, and IT operations, with 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of social service sector and statutory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. Hands-on experience in budgeting, audits, procurement, and IT systems. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
