Role Introduction
The Head of Digital Sales for the regional digital sales revenue share target. He/She will support the formulation of digital sales strategy and its execution in the region. The role will be designing and driving all the digital sales activities in the region, including campaign management. He/She will work closely with other departments/teams to ensure digital channels are the preferred channels for our target customers. In addition, this position will engage with a number of external partners, to drive commercial and strategic value to CX. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
  • Formulate regional digital sales strategy, annual digital sales plans, and perform execution in the respective markets
  • Support Head Office to develop and implement new digital products and ancillary products to leverage emerging market opportunities and drive incremental revenue
  • Lead the direct sales activities/campaigns planning, design and execution and participate in projects/ initiatives which help drive direct sales
  • Manage the resource allocation and budge for each campaign.
  • Perform daily maintenance of the website including content upload.
  • Maintain regional website content in relation to air related sales campaigns and offers, including but not limited to the setup of campaign pages, promotional codes and other tools
  • Actively source new partnerships and continue to drive commercial value from our existing partnerships
  • Instill best practice in campaign formulation and share with other sales offices
  • Accountable for revenue target achievement and other supporting KPIs from direct sales channels including CX.com, Mobile applications, Customer Care Department and metasearch directed business
Insights
  • Develop regional market intelligence in association with competition analysis and consumer trend monitoring in digital sales
  • Conduct regular reviews of website and funnel performance of the regional locales.
  • Work with sales offices and headquarter business units and identify opportunities to improve the travel shopping experience along our digital sales channels
  • Identify opportunities to encourage member sales and member sign-in rate among digital channels
  • Conduct regular reviews of channel performance with the Regional Head of Business Insights & Analytics on the ongoing results of overall digital sales, direct sales campaigns and external partnerships
  • Any other reasonable task as requested

Requirements
Academic Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related discipline
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
  • 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 of practical experience in a digital sales & distribution or eCommerce
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and positively influence employees
  • Demonstrable experience in leading regional teams and individuals to achieve success
  • Demonstrable results in achieving digital sales targets
  • Experience in developing and managing successful large scale marketing campaigns
  • Experience in agency management and / or partner management
  • Adapts to and embraces constant change
  • Good commercial sense, good grasp and understanding of consumer insights.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and local language.
  • Good team player and strong interpersonal skills, creative, dynamic and innovative
  • Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
