Plan and lead the department to achieve company\'s set goals.
Oversee the functions of each section and ensure sectional coordination is well maintained.
Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions to improve current operations.
Scheduling meetings and training sessions with staff and other stakeholders.
Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding processes.
Conducting research, writing up reports, and presenting findings to management and other stakeholders.
Monitor and guide instructor teaching the subjects to students.
Monitor the progress of students of the subject to ensure students meet programme and testing requirements.
Provide effective communication and guidance to instructors.
Establish collaborative spaces and conduct regular reviews with instructors as part of curriculum refinement efforts.
Induct new instructors on all relevant aspects of the curriculum.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in training/business.
Preferably 4 to 8 years of working experiences in managing 200 staff.
Able to handle customers, both internal and external.
Resourceful and able to adapt to changes.
Ability to continuously review current jobs and inject new ideas to improve work methods.
Able to work under pressure.
Possess leadership quality with managerial skills.
