Job Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the department to achieve company\'s set goals.
• Oversee the functions of each section and ensure sectional coordination is well maintained.
• Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions to improve current operations.
• Scheduling meetings and training sessions with staff and other stakeholders.
• Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding processes.
• Conducting research, writing up reports, and presenting findings to management and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and guide instructor teaching the subjects to students.
• Monitor the progress of students of the subject to ensure students meet programme and testing requirements.
• Provide effective communication and guidance to instructors.
• Establish collaborative spaces and conduct regular reviews with instructors as part of curriculum refinement efforts.
• Induct new instructors on all relevant aspects of the curriculum.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in training/business.
• Preferably 4 to 8 years of working experiences in managing 200 staff.
• Able to handle customers, both internal and external.
• Resourceful and able to adapt to changes.
• Ability to continuously review current jobs and inject new ideas to improve work methods.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Possess leadership quality with managerial skills.
