Tanglin Trust School now seeks a Head of Development and Foundation who will develop a fundraising strategy and drive its implementation to secure philanthropic support for the ambitions of TTS in expanding its range of services.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the new Head of Development and Foundation will develop strong long lasting relationships with TTS’ stakeholders – donors, parents, alumni, corporates and foundations – to enable TTS to deliver the School’s mission and realise its ambitions.
You are a highly effective leader with experience of coaching and guiding a small team to achieving outstanding results. Key to your success will be your strong interpersonal skills and your ability to drive an ambitious philanthropic agenda at both strategic and operational level, and with confidence working alongside senior leadership and board members.
