Job Description

My client is a Southeast Asia-focused private capital real estate fund manager, operator, and developer. They are actively executing value-added asset acquisition and development strategies across the region with headquarters in Singapore and multiple regional offices. The firm manages institutional joint ventures with a primary focus on the industrial logistics and warehousing sector. Investors and partners include global institutional alternative asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and family offices.

As their platform ramps up in South-East Asia, they are looking for a Head of Development for SEA to oversee and lead their Development projects in the region. This is a leadership role with responsibility and oversight of all their Development projects. They are looking for an experienced and client-facing candidate who can be a face to investors and give technical advice on how the pipeline of projects is moving forward at any time. You should have knowledge of cradle to grave real estate development from the design phase all the way through to delivery. There is already an existing team on the ground in each country, so this is not a role that is about on the ground project delivery.

Required skills and experience:

Executive level communication skills. Both investor facing and also managing internal teams.

Deep understanding of Industrial and Logistics sector - both build to suit and spec to suit development projects.

Strong knowledge of Design, Construction Management, Procurement.
