Then come in and join our Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) team as Head of Diagnostics Marketing Communication to perform a multi-faceted communications role within the APJ Diagnostics Marketing team. The role reports to the Head of Marketing CLS & SLS, APJ and is responsible for developing strategic Marcom campaign & messaging for external audiences and selected internal audiences and acting as marketing communications lead for cross-Business Area (BA)/ Business Line (BL) topics. This position is also responsible for driving the zone ASEAN Marketing Communications task directly.

The Head of Diagnostics Marketing Communication will ensure Marcom content meets high standards for the channels and audiences for which they are intended, including creativity, overseeing technical and regulatory accuracy, clarity, tone and style and consistency of contents. The individual will manage multiple projects of varying scope, at the same time, communicate project requirements, and work both independently and collaboratively with individual zone Diagnostics Marcom Manager and global Diagnostics Marcom team. Analyzing and adapting campaigns along the way in an efficient and timely execution manner.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead a robust Marketing Communications function within APJ. Responsible for developing and executing global & regional commercial communications strategy designed to position Siemens Healthineers as a high-impact leader in clinical diagnostics.
  • Serving as an in-house editor, creates and facilitates the development and completion of high-quality content, including thought leadership bylined articles, regional product specific reference white papers and other similar marketing communication materials. This includes building story lines, addressing pain points and producing relevant assets. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts to create content; as well depending on topics, may work with external agencies to supplement creation of editorial content.
  • Act as managing editor for Diagnostics marcom materials, including sales aids, digital campaign content, emails, etc. and ensuring a consistent external voice and tone, analyzing, and adapting campaigns along the way in an efficient and timely execution manner.
  • Help apply and synthesize content within and across campaigns, simplifying and streamlining or amplifying content where needed.
  • Serve as cross-BA/ BL lead working with global Diagnostics Marcom, regional APJ service and marketing to identify, nurture, and develop new content for customer success stories and testimonials to be implemented and amplified across multiple channels.
  • Serve as primary contact and other teams to help identify customer speaking opportunities (i.e., regional & country conferences, launch meetings, and industry workshops etc.) to have the voice of the customer amplified externally.
  • Act as primary liaison with Product Management and Marketing team to assist in marketing communications activities for cross-BA/ BL topics including set up and act as point person for internal and external promotion activities, road show, conference, webinar, launch meetings etc.
  • Serve as cross-BA/ BL lead working with global Diagnostics Marcom, regional APJ & ASN Commercial Head in driving internal communication activities across all country including Townhall, Monthly Newsletter & Key Message from the Leadership team.
  • Develop, manage, and report on objectives and key indicators to track effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns to continuously improve and ensure achievement of team goals.
  • Collaborate and forge strategic relationships with global & regional communications and marketing colleagues across other functions within Healthineers.
  • Help streamline processes to maximize communications quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
