Position Duties

• Provide a clear vision & roadmap to improve the E2E web experience including the messaging, promotional tactics, sign up flow, lead capture mechanisms, SEO, blog and technical site performance.
• Scope, plan and project manage the delivery of industry-leading E2E website experiences in partnership with the wider marketing team, analytics team, design team, web developers and agency partners.
• Conduct prospect/customer research to assess current experience, identify new opportunities and test/validate new hypotheses before rolling out
• Drive web monetization strategy for new customer acquisition to increase revenue and profitability.
• Prioritise strategic initiatives based on the impact on sales, revenue & retention.
• Monitor web KPIs on a daily basis, produce weekly performance reports and identify funnel optimisation opportunities to increase growth.
• Work closely with the SEO team to improve the organic performance
• Build a thorough understanding of the customer base, competitive market, market trends along with the ability to analyse sales and site performance to determine the best course of action.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology & web design trends and translate these into new optimisation opportunities
• Coach team on fast learning cycles and testing to continuously improve growth outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 8+ years of experience managing large scale ecommerce websites for reputable brands with proven step-change CRO results.
• Testing mindset to quickly formulate and validate hypotheses to drive incrementality
• Good understanding of inbound marketing tools such as Hubspot
• Deep understanding of web testing methodologies, processes and CRO best practices.
• Proven track record of improving SEO performance & KPIs.
• Experience of conducting VOC & usability research to understand E2E journeys and identify customer pain points.
• Experienced with managing large scale projects using scrum methodology in a high-velocity environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial & analytical skills and comfortable with using complex web analytics tools & data sets to assess performance.
• Outstanding communicator that can effectively manage expectations vertically throughout the organization.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy whilst multi-tasking.
• Proven networking/cross-functional skillset.
