Job Description
Be a part of one of the largest Technology Companies.
You will be overseeing the entire Digital Transformation Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep abreast with new technologies and its application to continuously drive new innovation, product development and industry initiatives Lead the product development process:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the Technology division, handover to Day 2 team for the daily operations of production environment once service has been implemented
- Manage and oversee a team of engineers including any outsourced resources, to provide application development for various projects to ensure quick delivery of system
- Manage and oversee resourcing needs of the various projects and effectively manage lifecycles of IT development
- Provide application and infrastructure-as-a-code development oversight and drive IT architecture
Experience:
- Prior experience within Financial services, payments or banking industry would be preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years in the leadership and management position
- Experience in broad lifecycle of IT services role such as Technology Management, Programme and Project Management
- Familiarity in banking regulatory and compliance standards
