As a key leader in the Power Generation group, you will be driving the following initiatives:
To move the Power Generation Group towards a SMART organization with embracing technology to improve plant process and ensure sustainability.
To look into plant performance and reliability, digitalization and managing the quality, cyber and environmental compliance of the plant.
Manage and steer the subsection under this department and guide the respective section managers in achieving the function under the respective section.
Development of an internal audit system to audit the O&M process and is responsible to look into engineering improvement initiatives, measures to improve the plant reliability.
To look into upgrading or modification of the plant equipment or process with the aim of achieving highest availability and reliability.
Conduct benchmarking of plant performance and process against other industries.
To look into solution to achieve Best in class & internationally recognize Asset Management system and Code of Practice.
Manage the conditioning monitoring team to monitor the critical plant asset and equipment.
Manage and optimize the major Capex planning in supporting the maintenance team.
Manage licensing matters, outage planning and scheduling and management of spares.
Responsible to look into use of technology, IOT, data analytics, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and machine learning tools in our work processes to achieve higher performance excellence
Requirements:
10 years working experience in power plant, with 5 years experience in management position
Strong analytical skills, with good organisational and management skills
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
