Based in Singapore (HQ), take ownership of distribution expansion, new market and innovation launches, and support commercial excellence across our markets for one of Zenyum's most strategic business units: Consumer Products.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and armed with commercial and strong leadership skill, you create the largest Smile Cosmetics Consumer Brand in Asia. You lead a nimble regional expansion and commercial team and take ownership of launching new countries and products (0 to 1) while working closely together with our 6 existing country teams to reach the next growth stage (1 to 100) and bring Smile Cosmetics products to millions of consumers in Asia.

You will work out of Singapore as part of Zenyum's HQ Consumer Products Team while being willing to travel and collaborate closely with Business Leaders across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and Indonesia.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a rapidly scaling business, launching new products/ brands and building teams in the retail and eCommerce or have worked in high-growth environments such CPG/FMCG companies, consulting, or tech
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skillset required
• Experience in scaling and building strategic relationships with eCommerce and retail partners across the region
• Experience in launching new markets and/or new products (0 to 1) and taking businesses to the next level of growth (1 to 100)
• Think structured and analytically but wildly creative about exploring new marketing channels, building growth loops, and acquisition moats through tech & customer experience
• Are passionately tuned into SEA consumers and can articulate a clear vision of what a modern brand needs to look like in 2022
• Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
• Enjoy engaging in a highly ambitious and international environment in the heart of the most dynamic digital region in the world
• Are located in Singapore and willing to travel

We are looking for an ambitious Regional Head of Expansion and Commercial :

• Build and scale our Consumer Products business unit across the region, taking regional ownership of growth
• Build the most beloved Smile Cosmetics Consumer Brand in Asia and bring our products to millions of consumers across the region
• Scale and optimize our existing channels

website & App, eCommerce Platforms, Modern Trade Retail across markets * Leverage creative growth channels and rapidly scale our portfolio of Smile Cosmetics products (electric toothbrush, teeth whitening, toothpaste) to a multimillion-dollar business

• Own and coordinate the launch of new products, channels, and countries across Asia (0-1)
• Take ownership and work closely together with our Consumer Products country leads on taking each market to the next level of growth (1-100)
• Build and lead your team of ambitious individuals with a growth mindset and the ability to build the most beloved Smile Cosmetics Brand Asia
