Our concierge team are experts at making our guests\xe2\x80\x99 dreams come true, arranging private yoga classes, finding experienced babysitters, booking restaurant reservations, and crafting special occasions.

We are looking for a very unique individual who understands Growth, Marketing, and Product development. Please note

• We are looking for a candidate who works independently, is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work themselves without a team or an unlimited budget, and is excited about the opportunity to help us bring Villa Finder to new horizons.
• This is a real generalist role. We are not expecting you to be an expert in those 3 topics. But you probably are very confident in one of them, and two where you know a bit more than the basics.
• We would like someone who has a great understanding of the specific needs of our guests: families living in Singapore, Australia, or the United Kingdom. You don\xe2\x80\x99t need to be a parent to understand what it\xe2\x80\x99s like to travel as a family overseas, but you need to get how it\xe2\x80\x99s different from a simple gateway with your better half.

The role

• Develop and implement strategies that drive growth, including performance marketing, branding, and lead generation.
• Manage all marketing activities, including paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead, coordinate and manage product roadmap and production, facilitating user acquisition and great user experience.
• Coordinate freelancer, including SEO specialists, PPC experts, UX/UI specialists, and brand managers.
• Develop and execute strategies to develop repeat and referral business.
• Monitor the company\'s website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives, including creating brand guidelines and brand messaging.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and branding.
• 2+ years of experience in product development, and an understanding of the UX process.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the effectiveness of your work.
• An experience in travel e-commerce is more relevant than one in hospitality (eg. large hotel company).
• A startup/small business experience is more relevant than one in a large corporate (including Big tech).
