Manage and supervise the d Our Client: Our client is a reputable leader in Food Industry. Currently, they are looking to hire their Head of Sales & Marketing to join their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: . Manage and supervise the direct sales team . Develop the annual business plans, including unit sales, revenues, and profit goals. Supervise the execution of the approved plan . Consistent with annual plans, establish monthly and quarterly targets and continually measure progress towards these targets. Fully responsible for the country's P&L and sustainable growth in line with the Company's 5 years Plan . Responsible for developing core brand strategy to achieve market leadership in the core product range and building sustainable competitive advantage against major competitors. Supervise the execution of the trade plan and promotion plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of approved budgets . To provide direction for new product development projects or projects with emphasis on business development and ensure New Product Development speed to shelf . Review and analyze product pricing structure and recommend pricing action where necessary . Manage, lead, and develop staff to ensure effective and efficient work process whiles upholding core value and standard of service . Work to ensure full compliance of corporate policies and procedures at country level. . Ensure respectable business relationship with distributors, trade association, customers, and government bodies to facilitate long-term business growth The Requirements: . Degree in Business Studies or higher . 15 years of solid experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably from FMCG Industry with leadership experience . Has experience leading a direct sales model . Preferably has experience in distributor management Skills Required . Aggressive, result-oriented, and with high personal drive to succeed . Have strong people and negotiation skills, able to deal effectively with all parties to execute the sales and marketing plans .
