We're partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing company to hire a Head of Growth to join their team.
Lead the company's growth strategy across all user segments to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Build and scale multiple acquisition channels, including referral programs, partnerships, and community initiatives.
Optimize onboarding and conversion processes to drive new user engagement.
Design retention and engagement programs using rewards, gamification, and habit-forming experiences.
Use data-driven insights--testing, analysis, and performance modeling--to guide decisions.
Identify strategic partnerships to extend reach and growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth team.
