Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader in Singapore to support the head office site in Singapore, and the PG Singapore based Country Manager and sales teams. This role will partner with the business on end to end site HR responsibilities including talent attraction and engagement, employee relations, benefits, wellbeing, governance and country talent development and planning.
The role will also be responsible for line managing the Heads of HR responsible for supporting the sites in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and India - ensure consistent ways of working, governance and approach by country.

• Activate the HR calendar of products, processes and enhancements for all employees in Singapore
• Lead and mobilise the Singapore leadership team to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best work.
• Support the development of headcount and budget plans and leading their implementation year-on-year
• Work closely with Centres of Expertise on product development, delivery, and lead execution
• Partner with the business on onboarding and various manager development programs
• Lead HR transformation initiatives in collaboration with COEs and HRBP colleagues
• Provide consultation to leaders and employees regarding employee relations issues
• Support Recruiting, Inclusion and Diversity and Education initiatives in line with the HR people strategy
• Analyse people data and trends to inform business decisions on strategy, people and programmes

Requirements:

• A Bachelor\'s Degree
• Employment law, tax and regulation knowledge, particularly within the southeast Asian region
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels;
• Previous experience in managing a HR team in a matrixed organisation critical, leading a HR team across SEA (or regionally elsewhere) essential.
• Strong self-drive, oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals;
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to change and high growth.
• Ability to develop and deliver messages effectively through presentation.
• Organizational skills, accuracy and reliability;
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills;
• High standard of attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently
• Strong sensitivity regarding budget management and organizational efficiencies;
