Responsibilities:

• Lead and prepare the organisation to be an employer of choice
• Strengthen people-related policies, systems, processes and practices so as to ensure the company can continue to tap on a pool of capable, engaged and satisfied employees to support its growth
• Review regularly all HR policies and practices to ensure they are relevant, equitable, clearly understood and well-communicated to all employees
• Review and conduct manpower planning in accordance with company\'s business plans
• Formulate talent management and succession planning initiatives
• Ensure Learning and Development initiatives remain relevant to build employees\' competence and abilities to support evolving business requirements
• Ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive
• Forge trust in the organisation and employees through continued employee engagement initiatives
• Lead and execute all organisation development initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, human resource management or equivalent; or relevant HR professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience of which 2 years must be in a managerial position
• Ability to translate business requirements into appropriate people agenda
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and with all levels, to influence and deliver the desired people outcomes
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislative requirements and regional employment practices
• Ability to analyze people data and derive insights and make improvement
• Experience in using HRIS / payroll system
