Responsibilities
This is a hands on role managing a lean HR team where you will be responsible for HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement. To support the company\'s next phase of growth, you will further develop its HR capabilities, identify and drive adoption of best-in-class HR practices to help the company establish the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record heading HR functions in reputable commodities trading companies, with exposure to mid sized firms and HR generalist setups. You have strong HR business partnering and generalist experience and the agility to switch between a tactical and strategic mindset. You have an in-depth understanding of the Singapore market, and its regulations and practices. You are hands on, with strong analytical, problem solving, as well as presentation and communication skills.
