The Company

Our client is a well-established European Consumer Goods company with over 50 years of experience in the industry, operating worldwide. They have a diverse range of products and brands and operate in more than 28 countries globally. We are assisting them in finding an HR leader for their SEA operations based in Singapore.

The Role

The Head of Human Resources for the SEA region will closely collaborate with the broader HR team to support the rapid growth of the business and the constant challenge of building organisational capability. The role will be vital in managing talent and ensuring employee engagement. They will work closely with business leaders to lead the growth and navigate through critical transformations.

The Individual

We are looking for an individual who excels in stakeholder management, can navigate ambiguity and fast-paced growth, and has a deep passion for their work. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset, as this is a lean team with a blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR generalist roles with at least 10-15 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries. Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations and strong business acumen will also be essential.
