Job Overview:



Reporting directly to the CEO, the

Head of HR

will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing human capital strategy, organisational design, and all HR operations. This role is pivotal in aligning workforce capabilities with business objectives, building a high-performing culture, and ensuring operational excellence in people management.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership



Define and implement HR strategies that support long-term business growth and operational efficiency Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding



Lead senior-level hiring and succession planning efforts across business units Develop a compelling employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice in the industry
#

Performance, Rewards & Culture



Oversee performance management frameworks, KPIs, and individual development plans Review and enhance compensation, benefits, and rewards to attract and retain top talent
#

HR Policy, Compliance & Governance



Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions Establish, update, and enforce robust HR policies, procedures, and audit documentation
#

Employee Engagement & Development



Champion employee experience and engagement strategies that foster morale, retention, and productivity Design and implement training, learning, and leadership development programs
#

HR Operations & Systems



Manage the implementation and optimisation of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.) Lead internal HR projects such as digital transformation, restructuring, or M&A integration (if applicable)

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree

in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Minimum 10 years of experience in senior HR management

, including proven experience leading regional HR operations or overseeing multi-country HR functions. In-depth understanding of employment laws, compensation practices, and HR trends Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities * Experience in wholesale, supply chain, or retail sectors is advantageous
