Strategic HR Leadership
Define and implement HR strategies that support long-term business growth and operational efficiency
Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead senior-level hiring and succession planning efforts across business units
Develop a compelling employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice in the industry

Performance, Rewards & Culture
Oversee performance management frameworks, KPIs, and individual development plans
Review and enhance compensation, benefits, and rewards to attract and retain top talent
#
HR Policy, Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions
Establish, update, and enforce robust HR policies, procedures, and audit documentation

Employee Engagement & Development
Champion employee experience and engagement strategies that foster morale, retention, and productivity
Design and implement training, learning, and leadership development programs

HR Operations & Systems
Manage the implementation and optimisation of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.)
Lead internal HR projects such as digital transformation, restructuring, or M&A integration (if applicable)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior HR management
