We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Singapore.
Your tasks:
Determine and implement, through the regions, the strategy for the product group to develop and secure business.
Identify and quantify new opportunities and drive those through the regions to grow potential sales (business development) for both ZF and non ZF product and service business.
Responsibility for meeting the planned regional P&L for the product group.
Working with marketing make sure the right products are being presented and promoted to the market to exploit sales opportunities.
Strong network development & management skill.
Align with the region the business model relating to OES and IAM business.
Set standards and processes throughout the product line to provide consistency and excellent customer experience.
Optimise processes to align with the needs of the customers, create speed and efficiencies.
Drive and lead the global resources for the product group to maximise our performance and cost effectiveness.
Your profile:
Degree in business or engineering.
Strategic thinker.
Commercially astute.
In depth knowledge of the Non-Automotive & OH markets and sales channels.
Strong leadership.
Technical understanding of the products.
Drive for results.
Stakeholder management.
Fluent in English and preferable Chinese.
