Job Description
Client provides a full suite of bespoke investment banking services, including M&As, IPOs, Pre-IPO & secondary fund raising and financial advisory to mid-cap companies (S$50 million to S$1 billion enterprise value) in the Asia Pacific region.
- Oversee and supervise the execution of IPOs, RTOs, Continuing Sponsorship and other corporate finance activities
- Due diligence and review of corporate governance arrangements
- Reviewing and approving documents submission to SGX
- Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time
- Recognised bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
- Must have minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in corporate finance advisory work and requisite IPO experience - completed at least 5 IPO/RTO execution deals in the past 10 years in a managerial or supervisory position, where the bank/CF house acted acted as "Issue Manager" or \xe2\x80\x9cSponsor\xe2\x80\x9d
- M&A and advisory execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients will be advantageous
