Our client a large financial institution is looking to hire Head of IT operation to lead team of 15 members.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of IT day to day operation to ensure smooth running for IT infrastructures
Performing monitoring for all systems / devices and applications
Managing, monitoring and scheduling all batch jobs
Carrying out automation to enhance efficiency
Developing and enhancing existing IT Processes
Perform regular risk management / assessment and BCP exercise
Providing level 1 support

Requirements

Min 15 years of experience with min 10 years in Managing complex data centre / IT operation
Experience in managing team to perform level 1 monitoring
Experience in managing complex batch scheduling using various tools including Autosys, Control M
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of IT operational process in data centre environment
Experience in managing stakeholders
Experience in managing team size of min 12 members
