Head, Testing Centre of Excellence (TCOE) We're looking for a dynamic, resourceful and results-oriented leader to join the team! As the Head of Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE), you will spear-head the consolidation, harmonisation and operation of our testing capabilities across the company's Suite of Products Globally. Responsibilities: Lead the setup of our Global TCoE

• Review As-ls Testing Methodology, Process, tools and tracking reports.
• Assess Fit-Gap, Harmonise & Standardise

• Handholding for pilot project
• Commission Product test team
• Manage key stakeholders

• Improve overall Quality while Driving down testing costs via improvements in testing methodology, standardized process, tools, upskilling of test team members, etc.
• Provide standardized and consistent reporting on quality status across Product to enable better allocation of test and development resources.
• Be a trailblazer to introduce latest leading practices in hardware & software quality processes and also to drive continuous improvements strategically
• Provide leadership to coach and guide the Test Teams
• Proactively engage stakeholders in Product Development Teams and Project Delivery Teams as needed to achieve overall quality outcomes

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/IT or equivalent
• Due to the work requirement, Mandarin speaking candidate are preferred.
• At Ieast10-15 years of relevant experience of which 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing Leadership role
• Will need at least 3-5 years of large program/project management experience
• Prior experience with setup and operation of a global TCoE will be a plus
• Familiarity with testing methodologies such as waterfall vs Agile vs CI/CD, product vs project testing
• Familiarity with selection and implementation of leading testing tools
• Ability to drive continuous improvements in quality via tracking of key metrices associated with testing activities. E.g. Defect Leakage Rate, Test Coverage, cost of poor quality
• Candidates with knowledge of CMMIS, HW Product Testing experience and OT Testing experience will be a plus.
