Key commercial leadership role in the Philippines
About Our Client
One of the largest FMCG companies globally, currently undergoing a worldwide business transformation. The business have a significant presence in the Philippines with a base in Metro Manila.
Optimises Key Account department structure to maximise all sales, profit, product distribution, visibility, and people development opportunities.
Develops and communicates annual and strategic direction for the National Key Account department incorporating the setting of segment and client specific brand volume, share, visibility, and profit objectives.
Facilitates the annual Key Account 'Game Plan' process incorporating strategic implementation plans and key measurement criteria.
Negotiates Trading Term agreements with the key strategic accounts that maximise sales growth, product distribution, visibility, and profitability.
Develops and leverages effective business building relationships with key clients for mutual sales and profitability benefit through the development and implementation of category management principles such as Space management, scan sales data and category education.
Regularly evaluates key accounts' performance to identify potential opportunities, and design & implement strategies to exploit all opportunities.
Facilitates and reviews the development of business building programs designed to increase volume and share. Effectively leverages the company's global position and premium brand equity through development, management, and implementation of global agreements
Leads, coaches, and develops Key Account team to ensure we continue to retain and develop the best global talent.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for leaders who have a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress; people who like to task risks & experiment and enjoy being part of an inclusive and diverse culture.
Handled management of distributors and key accounts servicing for a leading multinational FMCG company in a supervisory level.
Has experience in covering both general trade and key accounts channel of the market.
Preferred MBA, minimum university degree in related area, sales background knowledge.
Direct Key Accounts and Trade Marketing experience
