On behalf of one of its clients, one of the world leaders in medical education reinvented by XR, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Head of Business Development & Partnerships in ASEAN




The company\'s unique feature\xe2\x80\x99s designs combining XR and haptic techniques are transforming medical and surgical education. Their clients are the world leaders in medical equipment.

We are searching for a team member responsible for business development and partnerships to join their new office in Singapore. The local team works together with internal partners from the other offices located in France, Brazil and Canada.




As Head of Business Development & Partnerships in ASEAN, you will be responsible for the implementation and deployment of the commercial strategy in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the financial

profitability of your business by managing the commercial, operational and managerial aspects, while being in line with the values, strategy and operating methods of the company.



  • As Head of Business Development & Partnerships in ASEAN, you will target primarily new business

opportunities within MedTech and healthcare institutions in the local ecosystem



  • Ensure the development of the customer relationship by creating and sharing the strategic vision and highlevel customer lobbying


  • Demonstrate knowledge and competency to lead and drive the institutional projects through business development and key account servicing


  • Guarantee the performance of your perimeter through the management of the commercial activity


  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation finalizing the outcome of the opportunity, which

includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process in meetings with prospects and customers, forecasting, selling, and ultimately closing the deal



  • Leverage trends and opportunities for growth areas that can further contribute to the company\'s mission and develop strategies to finalize strong partnerships


  • Manage and inspire the local team: recruitment and coaching


  • Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with the support ecosystem on opportunities, share best practices and work with cross-functional teams

\xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of experience in sales / business environment, including 2 years within the healthcare / medical sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Higher education degree in engineering or from business school \xe2\x80\xa2 We look for a manager that has proven leadership level competencies such as operational experience, direct and indirect sales force management, and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experienced manager who is looking to set up and manage a high potential business \xe2\x80\xa2 You are curious and demonstrate strong interest for virtual reality technology and immersive worlds \xe2\x80\xa2 You are already experienced or have transferable skills to interact with medical environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualified experience of key accounts and commercial lobbying \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership and result-oriented vision \xe2\x80\xa2 Soft skills, including good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and spoken English (C1 level) Plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Commercial experience in B2B \xe2\x80\xa2 Good oral and written communication in Mandarin for liaison with overseas counterparts \xe2\x80\xa2 International work experience Passion, empathy and the quest for meaning are values shared by the company\'s team members.
