Global Asset Management fulfills its purpose of connecting HSBC’s clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Liquidity Investment Specialists APAC. Principal Responsibilities

  • Support client facing and distribution centric activities to increase Liquidity AUM and revenues
  • Partner with the Portfolio Managers to deliver Investment Excellence and as the link between Sales and Investment teams
  • Manage the Liquidity capability’s solution strategy, providing insights to client and market trends to drive the appropriate product set
  • Lead and support specific Liquidity growth and transformation initiatives, including strategic development with HSBC partners (in addition to or in conjunction with Sales-led distribution initiatives)
  • In all the above areas act as the Liquidity subject matter expert, with ownership of relevant capability and market/industry insights
  • Manage APAC Liquidity Investment Specialists team

Requirements
Requirements
  • Experience in asset management and/or related roles
  • Good understanding of global cash investment products and the needs of Treasury segment investors
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of business cases and new product development proposals
