About Head of Marketing at Nogle We are looking for a VP/Head of Operations to join Nogle. As the Head of Marketing at Nogle, you are a leader who strives to develop, strategize, and execute actionable global marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the COO, you will have complete ownership over the marketing function of the business, including demand generation, content, SEO, social media, branding, customer marketing and PR. Marketing effectively is a top priority for Nogle, this means that the Head of Marketing is a strategic and visible role across the business, as our marketing and customer experience enhancement efforts underpin many, if not all, of our top strategic priorities and commercial objectives. What will you need to do:

  • Formulate and oversee roadmaps of key marketing initiatives (e.g., strategic partnerships, 360 campaigns, demand generation, and corporate communication) for new products, features, enhancements, and services.
  • Shape an integrated, long-term, and proactive company branding message that is consistent with Nogle’s strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with Nogle’s leadership and internal business partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Data, Quality, BD, Operations, Communications) to develop and evolve the company’s message, positioning, and value propositions at the strategic and product levels.
  • Work closely with external marketing agencies, institutional clients, stakeholders, and KOLs to maximize marketing resources and drive the company’s aggressive growth goals.
  • Manage and control marketing budget, media buying and evaluate the results of the campaigns' delivery, set measurable KPIs and ROI metric.
  • Define multi-dimensional performance metrics for channel performance and marketing outcome for campaigns, target geographies, target segments etc.
  • Lead a team of high-performing marketing professionals and coordinate tasks to ensure deliverables and timelines are managed and align with the needs of the businesses.
What do you need to have:
  • At least 8 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications role in the SaaS and/or FinTech/financial industries.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing management role, specifically including, but not limited to, leading branding, digital, and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to identify the needs, desires and pain points of priority audiences and use those to drive overall marketing and communications strategy.
  • Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability.
  • Excellent and adaptive leadership with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people across different geographies and economic situations.
  • Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and/or Google Adwords.
