Job Summary: This position is hired for one of the Info-Tech subsidiaries SG Jobs Lah. Jobslah is a one-stop-shop for companies to find the perfect fit for their staffing needs. Our platform is designed to give businesses the opportunity to showcase their brand to the job market and stay informed about the latest industry trends and topics, so that they are able to maximize their recruitment efforts. On the other side of the coin, we give job seekers a chance to showcase their talents and find their dream job through our portal. As the Marketing Manager for our job portal, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain job seekers and employers on our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, plan and execute campaigns, and analyze data to optimize our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for job seekers and employers.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Work with the product team to ensure the website and user experience are optimized for marketing and user acquisition.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or online marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, FB, IG, Tiktok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for the job market and helping job seekers and employers find their perfect match.
