Lead the Marketing team in conducting market research, including macro-trends, industry-specific trends, consumer behaviour and customer personas
Lead and own the marketing strategy, including brand awareness, positioning and pricing strategies
Lead and own the content strategy
Oversee the Creative team to eventually conceptualise, operationalise and co-own outcome of marketing campaign or project briefs, while ensuring the finished collaterals or Creative team output is fit for the Marketing team\xe2\x80\x99s purpose
Adopt or put in place systems to collect, and analyse the data that comes from the outcome of Marketing initiatives to create a feedback loop that adequately addresses return on investment analysis and key performance indicators, including Google Analytics and Semrush
Lead the widening of the sales funnel efforts across multiple revenue streams including e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels, across both the Singapore and international market
Oversee social media planning
Oversee and conceptualise online and offline marketing campaigns to operationalise marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, on-site activations, event booths, and group buy ideation and planning
Take ownership of media planning and buying, on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
Oversee KOL management and sourcing
\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing team \xe2\x80\xa2 Set, monitor and report on team goals to Management
Coach and mentor junior members of the team
\xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share \xe2\x80\xa2 Craft quarterly and annual hiring and agency/resource budget plans for the Marketing team & Creative team
Monitor the competition in terms of acquisitions, pricing changes, new products and features
Coordinate efforts with the Head of Sales and Sales team to ensure consistency, boost brand awareness and boost sales
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives led by Management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Experience:
Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, where a degree in Marketing is an advantage, and where a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage
Minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, where agency experience and/or marketing campaign related experience is an advantage
Successful track record in senior marketing roles, marketing plans and campaign creation, both offline and online
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, offline campaigns and activations
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Proficiency with HTML, content management systems and design software will be an advantage
Established roster of media and PR contacts and cost-effective vendors will be an advantage
A desire to grow professionally and make a difference in the world, guiding and shaping a promising start-up
