Job Description


BID Operations, a trusted partner in providing comprehensive technology, customer services, accounting & operations, and risk & compliance services to businesses, is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for Financial Services industries. In this role, the Head of Marketing will play a vital role in driving the company\'s brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts. They will collaborate closely with the executive team, sales team, and operations team to create marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company\'s regional marketing strategies in collaboration with the executive team
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation efforts across various marketing channels
  • Manage the company\'s digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and online advertising
  • Develop and manage the company\'s events and sponsorships to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Financial Services industries\xef\xbc\x8c
  • A proven track record of delivering complex media strategies, including eveloping and executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Familiar with analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics/Semrush/Sprout/Google Console or equivalent
  • Experience in leads nurture methodology
  • Running digital campaigns in all forms with the ability to drive ROI
  • Prior experience in paid digital media (search, social, display, programmatic)
  • Japanese will be a plus to the role
  • Big agency experience preferred
