We are seeking a motivated individual to drive our team in the growth of our Modernization business across South East Asia, they will have accountability for supporting sales strategy, sales results and talent management.
Essential Responsibilities
- You will work collaboratively with the country sales leaders in the development and execution of strategic goals and objectives.
- Drive a customer centric culture; working to nurture relationships with existing key customers and be responsible to help develop new ones alongside the sales teams.
- Enhance CRM tool application and data analysis at a regional and country level.
- Manage and support ongoing portfolio growth initiatives driving Modernization sales results.
- Support and provide continuous improvement to the Modernization sales activities, management and training across the region
- Take a leading role in the development of every member of the mod sales team.
- Contribute and collaborate cross functionally to support the success of Otis in all areas.
