As the Head of Operations, APAC, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to both commercial and operational teams. As a key player in our organisation, you will collaborate with Senior Management, playing a crucial role in building and developing a strong and cohesive operational team within the APAC regions.
Your dedication to maintaining operational standards and driving a premium customer experience will be essential to formulate regional strategies and ensure organisational best practices are upheld.With your strong understanding of digital and vendor lead delivery tactics, coupled with your expertise in Foundry demand generation solutions, you will guide operational teams in setup and execution tactics to achieve optimal results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with operational team leaders to drive performance and best-in-class practices.
- Identifying campaign challenges and supporting team leaders in managing and actioning them in a timely manner.
- Actively promoting lead generation best practices and operational standards with commercial teams.
- Responsively handling requests for proposals (RFPs) and queries, both domestic and international.
- Adhering to BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and telemarketing best practices.
- Collaborating with sales leads to identify and develop key accounts within the region.
- Troubleshooting problematic campaigns pre-launch and addressing post-launch delivery issues.
- Operating in a client-facing perspective to address campaign issue solutions or act as a subject matter expert.
- Managing Campaign Management teams and overseeing their professional development.
- Working with Senior Management to ensure global strategy alignment and standardized operational approaches.
- Monitoring progress against set targets and updating the management team on progress.
- Developing strong tactical relationships with commercial teams.About You
