Job Description
Our client is a global data centre developer, who support hyperscale wholesale and retail colocation.They have ambitious expansion plans to further invest & expand in the coming years. with approx. 400MW in the pipeline across 10 countries.To support this growth, they are looking to hire a Head of Operations, to whom all Operations & Critical FM will report to across Europe, ME and Asia.Location \xe2\x80\x93 UAE (open to relocate candidates)Requirements;
- 25+ years of experience
- Mechanical/Electrical engineering, technical background preferred
- Facilities Maintenance Management and / or Property Management qualifications
- Prefer candidate has managed 5+ projects at a time, in different locations
- Prefer candidates who have worked on some complex projects, not just \'cookie cutter\' or routine projects
- Must have experience leading and developing successful regional teams
- Preferred candidates will have experience working with Hyperscaler or Colo
- Ideally will have experience in participation in design and commissioning of facilities, building systems and associated processes
