The People Operations pillar of the People & Talent team ensures that all Codans have a smooth and efficient onboarding-to-offboarding people experience. People Ops is the internal engine that keeps the P&T team running and is critical to supporting Coda\'s global growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a global people operations team that is accountable for the smooth and efficient delivery of people operations matters globally; this entails ownership of payroll, benefits enrollment, mobility, HR administration, HRIS upkeep, HR compliance, and addressing employee queries
  • Plan, implement, and troubleshoot ad hoc operational changes or improvements (e.g., changes in local HR compliance or privacy matters, entity setup)
  • Work with other People & Talent team members and team leads to strategize and execute the scalability of the People Operations pillar
  • Work collaboratively with other functions, primarily Finance and Legal, to support cross-functional activities such as data requests, audit requests, and entity setups
  • Lead vendor management relationships, encouraging countries to leverage global people operations vendors to ensure a positive employee experience
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of people operations experience; multi-country experience (i.e, at least 6 countries) is a must-have while global experience is a nice-to-have
  • An exceptional verbal and written communicator who can interface tactfully with a diverse workforce
  • Ability to zoom out and think long-term whilst ensuring proper and prompt execution of day-to-day activities
  • Strong leader with a track record for enabling people and their growth, demonstrating accountability and empathy, and making sound decisions that look out for the business\'s best interests
  • Strong motivation to provide outstanding service to our workforce and embody a customer-centric mindset
