Position Overview:
In the role of Head of People, you will directly report to the Founder and assume the responsibility of building and leading a high-performing HR team across the region. Your primary focus will revolve around formulating and executing HR strategies for the group, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and facilitating their growth ambitions. A critical aspect of your role will involve closely monitoring market dynamics and their influence on the organization\xe2\x80\x99s talent pool. Armed with this insight, you will adapt plans and employ innovative approaches to attract and retain top-tier talent. Collaborating closely with Business Leaders, you will spearhead various talent initiatives such as succession planning, total rewards strategy, performance management, and talent development. Furthermore, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to shape and enhance the HR function throughout the region.

We are searching for an accomplished leader possessing strong executive presence, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to cultivate productive partnerships with HR professionals, Business Leaders, and external vendors. Previous experience in the technology startup sector is crucial, preferably with exposure to international contexts.
