Position Duties

• Managing all aspects of product development and user experience for existing and new products
• Responsible for the product team\xe2\x80\x99s definition and communication of product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems
• Enforcing customer centricity in the product development cycle
• Establish and implement the overall product strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, product owners and functional teams
• Design, benchmark, iterate and report on product roadmaps at multiple timescale (multiyear, yearly, quarterly and sprint-level)
• Generate insights for our product strategy based on data and user feedback.
• Adopt and/or create effective product management methodologies and product analytics frameworks within the product function and the company.
• Be a thought leader and understand macro trends in the verticals and geographies we operate in, as well as stay always updated on what the direct competition does better than us and identify untapped opportunities for growth.
• Responsible for prioritizing the backlog of features and work with CTO on constantly addressing technical legacy and debt.
• Support sales and marketing teams in articulating the optimal value propositions and pricing for our clients based on their feedback and market research.
• Directly manage, recruit, train and retain the teams consisting of Product Manager(5) and UI/UX (3)
• Work closely with the CEO and engage the leadership team to drive the Company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plans in terms of resources allocation, market expansion and product growth in order to build a compelling vision to stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Regularly measure effectiveness of plan versus reality and update plans and/or execution accordingly

Requirements

• 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in product management and 5 years in a managerial role overseeing at least a team of 10 direct reports
• Robust technical background in data and technology
• Keen interest in AI and its transformative potential
• Strong interpersonal and communication and leadership skills
