With our unwavering commitment to our values, we believe that we\'re more than a service provider; we\'re agents of positive change.Get to know the Role:Be a team player, live our values and contribute to broader objectives of Grab to achieve our mission to create economic empowerment for the people of Southeast Asia.Define success criteria and tracking metrics that measure the impact of your work against agreed objectives.The Day-to-Day Activities:Own and drive the strategy and product roadmap for your area of responsibility of all Geo Services. This includes key location services like Search, Routing, Navigation, Traffic and others supporting all of Grab\'s product lines spanning all of geographies.Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams across Grab to support existing and emerging services. Push the envelope on location services for the SEA region with a focus on Grab\'s on-demand business.Lead and grow a team of product managers focussed on your area of responsibility.Define a winning strategy and roadmap for your area of responsibility by distilling input from various internal and external stakeholders and guide long term product innovations for Grab\'s future success.Internally champion your strategy and obtain necessary approvals.Coordinate with other stakeholders to execute on your roadmap by providing leadership including prioritization and tradeoffs to a large group of engineers, designers and distributed operations team.QualificationsThe Must-Haves:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in location-based services or related industry.
  • Proven ability to develop clear strategies and roadmaps in complex environments.
  • Experience in managing products through their full lifecycle, with a focus on customer-centric design and data-driven decision making.
  • Independently operate in a complex and ambiguous environment
  • Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, software engineering, IT, business finance, or economics. MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Proven leadership skills, including team development and coaching.
  • Passion for the tech industry and a commitment to creating delightful product experiences.
