In this role, you will: Lead Terrascope Product Management, Develop a world-class product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Drive and evolve our product vision, articulate product strategy for the near and long term, ensuring that the product roadmap is aligned with the vision, and execute the plan

Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable, and feasible

Evaluate trade-offs, and identify and resolve issues that may impair the team\'s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

Lead the strategic planning and prioritisation of the product roadmap, owning the evolution of our ceremonies, artifacts, and communication cadences; taking into consideration capital spending against budget

Continue to iterate product roadmap based on evolving business, technical and market needs

Work with the extended team to continue driving product/market fit with existing and new offerings, in multiple markets/languages

Establish OKR\'s and Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate product-market-fit and track product usage and growth

Lead communication and messaging of product strategy to ensure alignment between the team and stakeholders

Manage end-to-end product development

Define world-class product development process in close partnership with leaders and other teams to assess opportunities, evaluate growth options, identify bottlenecks, and to create cross-functionally aligned tactics

Own and execute the product portfolio and deployment-to-market by working collaboratively with cross-functional team members

Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing; Design, monitor, and report on product OKRs and KPIs

Manage, measure, and report on the required quality, scope, budget, and outcomes of product delivery to the appropriate stakeholders

Ensure overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are clearly managed and communicated

Identify, validate, and manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources where required

Manage multiple stakeholder requirements and determine how this feeds back into the product roadmap

Lead and inspire a customer-centric and data-driven product culture

Coach and lead a talented product team, developing the careers and capabilities of all team members

Establish a high-performing culture emphasising innovation, growth, and development

Set clear product vision, motivate and inspire team members, stakeholders, and partners to deliver exceptional outcomes

Instill a data and customer-driven approach within the company

Represent Product internally and externally to commercial partners and potential investors

You should be/ have:

Extensive and proven leadership experience in product management, with a track record launching enterprise software/ SaaS products

Experience launching/building new products and companies as a founder or leader of large-scale enterprise-focused product teams with some exposure to hyper-growth, early-stage start-up

Demonstrated experience bringing cross-functional teams together, creating a strong, cohesive, and collaborative organization united in one vision

Strong understanding of all aspects required to bring a product to market, including market analysis, MVP and product-market fit, positioning, go-to-market, pricing, testing, iterating based on feedback etc.

Well-versed in weighing competing priorities, managing trade-offs and evaluating new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve market challenges

Relevant experience in data-driven products

Ideally, prior experience in climate or sustainability-related industry or a real passion to drive climate change!

Entrepreneurial, curious, and passionate about making a difference in some of the world\'s most important problems

In this role you will / need to have:

Developing and implementing processes for managing operations or projects to ensure that they meet customer needs, legal requirements, and organizational goals

Planning, scheduling and supervising the work of technical staff to ensure that services are provided in a timely manner, efficiently, and with the highest quality possible

Ensuring that all employees are trained on new technologies and processes as needed to keep them up to date on industry trends

Overseeing the use of equipment, materials, and other workplace resources to ensure that they are being used efficiently

Coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Creating and implementing new methods of operation or improving existing ones to increase efficiency or reduce costs

Conducting training classes to teach employees how to use new equipment or software applications

Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses

Control costs and budgets to ensure healthy P&L for Service Operation & Delivery

You should have the following:

At least 8-10 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with 4+ years of leading Product Teams

Experience leading Product Teams in a hyper-growth, scale-up environment

In-depth understanding of Agile development practices, infrastructure technology, apps and SDLC

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate well with various stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work optimally in a team environment.

Excellent presentation skills coupled with a strong leadership presence.

Initiative and desire to learn new skills/technologies and remain up-to-date with the latest trends; a real passion for solving technical problems.

Even better if you have:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT / Technology

Experience in sustainability/ climate (professional, personal or community)

Speak another language
