Your responsibilities will include standardizing operational procedures, mentoring a growing team, spearheading group-level initiatives, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring that our processes enhance organizational agility and adaptability.

• Develop, implement, and standardize efficient ways of working across all technology projects to ensure consistency and adaptability, while maintaining the agility to respond quickly to changes and new opportunities.
• Lead and coach the Program Management team, focusing on skill development and professional growth.
• Initiate and manage group-level projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Technology team.
• Introduce and integrate new tools and methodologies, particularly those driven by the latest advancements in AI, to prepare the team for future technological trends.
• Work closely with other department heads to align technological strategies with the company\'s broader objectives, ensuring that program management practices support the ability to adapt and respond to market changes.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, adapting project management best practices to maintain organizational flexibility.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in processes and systems, while ensuring that the organization remains agile and able to pivot as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management within a technology-driven environment, including significant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with an adeptness at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management software tools.
