Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management strategy in alignment with wider Company Strategy. This includes talent acquisition, talent performance and development, and talent review and succession planning.
  • Identify organization capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs. Evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps to future requirements, and prioritize development activities.

  • Lead Regional talent initiatives in talent management working with BU/Market Leadership and HRs.
  • Review, develop, communicate, and implement regional policies to govern talent activities and processes across the organization, incorporating HR best practices, including Talent acquisition, Talent/leadership development, Talent engagement (EOS), Performance management, etc.

  • Represent HR in the Ecovadis Audit submission, activities, and improvement program.
  • Organization diagnose, review and change management (Optional)

  • Define Talent Strategy and translate into initiatives and solution in Talent life cycle management
  • Build Regional policies, process and guideline in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, talent engagement and retention, employee on boarding and off boarding.

  • HR system (eZHR) and tools to support talent practices

  • Design Competency models: leadership competency by job level; guide and work with functional leader on major professional competency models
  • Translate competency models into talent assessment, development & promotion tools

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any major, MBA will be an advantage
  • Certification/training in assessment, competency framework, leadership, interviewing, HR analytics

  • Minimum 10 years of Talent Management COE experience
  • Experience in design talent & leadership program is a must;
  • Familiar with Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA) is a must.
  • Experience in developing competency models is a strongly preferred.
  • Experience in organization review, analysis, implementing organizational change management plan preferred.
  • Experience in reputable consulting firm preferred
  • Regional Head of OD and Talent Management in MNC experience preferred.
